Yank - Clipboard Manager for macOS
If you are experiencing issues with Yank, try the following before contacting support:
- Ensure you are running the latest version from the Apple App Store
- Check that Yank has the required accessibility permissions in System Settings
- Restart the application by quitting from the menu bar icon and reopening
Oops - Grammar and Writing Assistant
If you are experiencing issues with Oops, try the following before contacting support:
- Ensure you have the latest version from the Chrome Web Store
- Disable and re-enable the extension in Chrome settings
- Check that the extension has permission to access the current website
